PharmaLedger is hosting an open consultation event alongside the EFGCP and EPF that spotlights clinical trial matchmaking solutions and the eRecruitment use case.
We would like to invite you to our first virtual Multi-Stakeholder Open Consultation, “Shifting the Paradigm for Patient Recruitment: Needs, Options and Challenges for Trial Matching Solutions,” occurring on the 13th of June, 2022 (14:00-18:45 CEST). PharmaLedger joins our partners the European Forum for Good Clinical Practice (EFGCP) and the European Patients’ Forum (EPF) to share information about the current patient-recruitment processes in clinical trials, and how we hope to create better matchmaking solutions.
The Need for Matchmaking Solutions in Clinical Trials
Finding a suitable clinical trial as a patient isn’t very straightforward, and getting matched to relevant trials proves difficult. Trial investigators also have a hard time finding suitable patients for trials, and the recruitment process is often tedious. There are a number of matchmaking solutions available on the market, but they fail to address patient and investigator needs in a comprehensive way.
Shifting the Paradigm for Patient Recruitment Open Consultation Event
Our open consultation event has been created in collaboration with our stakeholder-engaging consortium partners EFGCP and EPF in order to find out how to improve patient-recruitment processes through matchmaking solutions. The current challenges and possibilities will be discussed, as well as the suitability of PharmaLedger’s eRecruitment use case to address the presented challenges.
